"Smart Words Word Study Program". is a current Australian Spelling / Word Study program based on the latest research into the way we spell and learn to spell. (Simon & Simon, Brann, Yopp) It gives the knowledge about how words are spelled and strategies for independent spelling. It is a school based program intended to be used in a classroom setting. It is not primarily a remedial program but is suitable for remedial use, particularly at home by parents.
